George is an expert in the field of Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), having led Corporate Development for multiple Fortune 200 companies (Alcoa, Arconic, Carrier). He has completed more than 40 deals for aggregate value of more than $150 billion in 14 countries, working in industries including Metals and Mining, Aerospace, Industrials and Industrial Technologies, Energy, Building Products, Paper and Forest Products, and Business Services. Prior to working in the Fortune 200, George was an investment banker in New York and London with Credit Suisse First Boston, Lazard, and Lehman Brothers.

In addition to Corporate Strategy and M&A execution, George has experience leading inorganic pipeline development, joint venture formation and exit, portfolio evaluation, and capital allocation reviews with public company Boards of Directors. He has expertise working constructively with activist shareholders as a member of company management, and has led the evaluation and execution of multiple spin-offs/ IPO of public company subsidiary.
