Mitch has more than 25 years of financial, operations and general business experience as a senior executive at several public and private companies. Mitch spent almost 5 years as a c-level executive of Asta Funding, Inc, a publicly traded specialty finance company that acquires and liquidates receivables, distressed debt and alternative assets. During his tenure, Mitch assisted in acquiring approximately $15 billion of consumer receivables for liquidation, completed several mergers and managed a large portfolio of distressed consumer assets. Prior, Mitch served as the Chief Operating Officer or Chief Financial Officer of various private and public companies, including a financial services company, Everything’s Jake, a startup entertainment and artist management company and Ehrlich Bober Financial Corp, a public company which was merged through a successful reverse merger with Martin Franklin.
