Paul Sinaly is the founder of P. Sinaly CPA, PC, a New York City based Business Advisory firm specializing in Financial Services and Tax Accounting, in addition to Private Equity Ventures, LLC, a Private equity advisory firm. Both companies are located in Central Manhattan. Paul has an undergraduate and graduate degree from St. John’s University in Taxation and Accounting as well as holding his series 7 and series 63 licenses.

He has held executive positions at Citibank/Citigroup specializing in the areas of Commercial Credit for Working Capital, Acquisitions, Equipment financing and Commercial Real Estate lending, debt restructuring, Cash Management, and managing & building wealth for high net worth families.
